Compliance guidelines for participants:
- We request that participants do not discuss, any commercially sensitive information such as pricing, terms and conditions offered to customers, marketing activities etc.
- We request that participants do not discuss, agree, suggest or hint, either directly with competitors or where you could be overheard by competitors; that you and/or they should abide by certain pricing levels; that you and/or they should pursue or not certain transactions or customers and; that you and/or they should refuse to engage customers who will not adhere to certain conditions.
The golden rule: information that could be regarded as “competitively sensitive” can never be exchanged.
