A panel of inspirational airline and leasing professionals comprising Gillian Flanagan (chartered accountant and Finance/Treasury professional with wide ranging experience in aviation including former Aviation Leasing Director at CHC Helicopter and Airline Treasury Head at Aer Lingus), Justin Goatcher (Head of Asset Management at CDB and former COO, SalamAir) and John McMahon (Adjunct Professor UL and industry non-exec director for a number of platforms and airlines).
The session was moderated by PropelHer’s newest team member, Shairon Sexton and a Q&A session was facilitated by industry business coach Anna Rowan. Discussions centred around the airline and lessor relationship – the viewpoints from the different sides of the negotiation table, airline and lessor objectives and requirements. This was an open PropelHer event and we welcomed both male and female colleagues from across the industry.
