Earlier this year we asked you how PropelHer could help you advance from a personal and professional point of view. The results from this survey highlighted the importance of mentoring to our members. Based on this, we have been working on creating a Mentoring Programme which we are now delighted to launch. Mentoring fits perfectly with the ethos of PropelHer by helping other women in the Aircraft Leasing industry get ahead.
So, do you feel you could mentor someone in the industry and give them the benefit of your time and experience? Alternatively, do you think you could benefit from being given guidance in certain areas by a mentor? This is your chance to apply for that opportunity.

We will have a host of materials available to support you on your mentoring journey including a helpful guidebook, an introduction video and a kick-off workshop led by PropelHer Steering Committee Member Anna Rowan. Anna is an Occupational Psychologist who has over 20 years’ experience delivering business learning, training and coaching. She can answer any questions that you have about the programme.
